Welcome to Paintngame!

 

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, including:

  • Painting sessions for 3D models printed in-store.

  • Gaming slot bookings on our PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch.

  • Retail purchases of related products.

By booking or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms.

2. Booking and Reservations

 Painting and Gaming Sessions

  • Sessions are booked in advance via email/website or on the day in person subject to availability. 

  • A valid booking confirmation is required upon arrival.

  • If you are late, we will try to accommodate you, but your session may be shortened.

  • All participants must comply with our in-store rules (see Section 7).

 Cancellations

  • You may cancel or reschedule your booking up to [24 hours] before your appointment.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee of [£X or forfeited deposit].

​

​

3. Payment

  • Payment is due at the time of booking or upon arrival, as applicable.

  • We accept cash or card payments.

  • Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.

4. Use of Gaming Consoles

  • Gaming time is charged hourly and is subject to availability.

  • You agree to use all equipment responsibly.

  • You may not bring or install your own games without prior approval.

  • Any damage caused to equipment through misuse will be charged to you at replacement cost.

5. 3D Model Painting

  • We provide paints, brushes, and other materials as part of your session fee.

  • You are responsible for supervising children under 10.

  • Finished models will require a varnished look, once the painting is finished one of our staff will varnish the model and you'll be able to pick it up from the store the next day .

6. Retail Purchases

  • All products purchased in-store are sold as described.

  • If you are not satisfied with a product, please return it within 14 days in its original condition for a refund or exchange.

7. In-Store Rules

To keep our space safe and enjoyable for everyone:

​

  • Treat staff, other customers, and property with respect.

  • No food or drink to be brought into the shop, soft drinks and snacks will be available for purchase in store.

  • Children under 12 must be supervised at all times.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service or ask you to leave if you breach these rules.

8. Liability

  • We take reasonable care to provide a safe environment.

  • However, Paintngame is not liable for:

    • Loss or damage to personal belongings.

    • Injury arising from misuse of equipment or failure to follow instructions.

  • Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

9. Personal Data

 

We process your personal data in line with our [Privacy Policy](link or reference), which explains how we collect and use your information.

10. Changes to These Terms

 

We may update these Terms occasionally. The latest version will always be available on our website.

11. Governing Law

 

These Terms are governed by English law, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
